Goods Replacement

 

  • We will do our best to keep the items are in good quality and condition, however we are not able to assure that the items are completely free of damage when they are being delivered to you. Therefore, customers shall realize that they are going to bear all possible risks and finanical loss when they decide to receive the items by post or delivery handled by third party. 
  • Should there be any discrepancy or damaged goods upon receipt of your ordered goods, please notify us by email (guideshop@hkgga.org.hk) within 5 working days.
  • You can return the damaged goods with official invoice to us in person within 30 days upon the receipt of the goods.
  • No door-to-door goods replacement service is available.
  • All goods can be replaced once only.
  • All goods should be returned in its original condition and can only be replaced if it has not been used. We reserve the right to replace the goods.
  • In case of any dispute, the decision of Guide Shop will be final.
  • All replacement should be handled at Guide Shop.
  • Custom made items such as name tapes and flag characters sewing are not replaceable.
  • Replacement items should be on stock.
