Local / International Delivery Service

The online shopping system only handles orders with weight no more than 20 kilograms.

We will despatch the order made within 7 working days after we receipt of your order payment. Each order will be delivered to ONE destination only. Delivery cannot be arranged if only P.O. Box address is provided.

If your order cannot be delivered successfully, an email notification will be sent to inform you the self pick-up arrangement (for local customer only). You are requested to present the order confirmation email when collecting the goods. If you are failed to collect the order with 1 month, we reserve the right to handle the order by our discretion and will not be responsible for any loss incurred to you.

If you request an extra delivery service when the first delivery is not success, a valid postage address should be provided and extra delivery charge will be incurred. The order will be despatched within 7 working days after extra shipping charge is settled. 

Self pick-up

Customer can choose to pick up the ordered items at Regional Offices and Centres. You have to present the order confirmation when collecting the goods. The aim of the procedure is to protect the interest of the customer and to prevent others to pick up the items without the consent of the customer.
